Changes in QuickTime VR Cursors

The cursor ID values are now the same for both Windows and Macintosh systems.

In the table "Cursors for panoramic nodes," the column showing separate cursor ID values for Windows was removed.
In the table "Cursors for object nodes," the column showing cursor ID values for Windows was removed.
